I found out about Jay’s services in one of the Partner Visa Australia Groups on Facebook I was in. A girl from Latin America was recommending Jay’s services, and being Latin American as well, I thought that Jay would be suitable for helping my case.

We found out about Jayshree through a Facebook group for Partner Visa. We had actually applied for a visitor visa for my wife Merina on our own but didn’t know the visa we applied had a clause which would not allow us to extend her stay. We were really panicked when we learnt this, as the plan was to apply for the onshore partner visa once she came here. So, when going through the Facebook group, we saw so many grateful posts about Jay.
The thing about Jay that really stuck with me was, when she helped us with our personal statements, she asked so many critical and genuine questions. Before applying the visa, we were a bit confused about how to proceed in a systematic way for the visa application. several visitor visa were refused, and we were a bit messy about our documents. As we both are working, we could not manage enough time to do research and arrange everything about how to proceed in a systematic way. I had a few meetings with other Immigration agents who were full of disappointment, they seemed to not care. I was talking to a good friend of mine and he said, why don’t you call Jayshree and see what she can do for you. We received our partner visa 820 in 6 months!

My partner and I were given Jayshree’s name through a series of random events. We were unsure of whether or not we needed an agent and didn’t know if it would be worth the extra money on top of the crazy costs of the partner visa. My wife and I are speechless!!.

We cried like kids on the phone to Jayshree when she informed us that my wife’s visitor visa was granted within 3 working days of lodging our application.

The pain of separation that we have suffered for the last 2 years was becoming unbearable. We had lost hope after 3 visa refusals. During these 2 years we spoke to Migration Agents, joined various Facebook groups and spoke to others who were in similar situation like ours to find someone who can really help us because our situation was complex due to past visa refusals. We were desperate to find a way to be together in Australia.

After six months of stress, with a sponsorship nomination refusal and a tourist visa refused due to schedule 3, I finally got the best news I could: my visitor visa is granted and I can be with my partner again!

I am here to share my journey of obtaining a Temporary Graduate Skilled Visa- Subclass 485.

After a couple of months of being stressed out by personal issues and without support with the first visa application, I could remember I had a swimmer student ,Jay Sawant who told me she is an Immigration Agent and she could help me any time I do need her services.

So, when I told her about my visa situation, she told me to come to her home with my laptop ASAP. My wife, Milijana and I applied for the Partner Visa Subclass 309 on 31st Dec 2014. As the Partner Visa Application fees were going to increase on 1st January 2015, I wanted to lodge our application before 31st December 2014. It was a pleasure working with Jayshree. I had to apply for a temporary graduate visa (subclass 485). Jayshree would respond to the emails and queries promptly. She has an eye for details and is very proactive. She would follow up with me regularly and remind me of the documents that had to be submitted by the end of day (EOD). These characteristics are what I personally liked in her, there were times when I was busy working, due to which I could not submit my documents by EOD. Jayshree would always understand and be very patient with me. This was my very first experience working with a migration agent and it has been wonderful indeed.
